InterCommunity submitted its Recovery Plan to DMHAS in December of 2005

The major areas of focus from this plan are as follows:

• Creation of a Recovery Resource Guide Book
• Creation of an Educational Resource Center
• Develop Homeless Outreach
• Increase Family Involvement within the agency
• Expand Agency Hours
• Continue to offer Recovery Trainings to staff
• Improve Internal Communications
• Enhance Discharge Planning
• Outreach to the community
